About Angela

I am a single mom living in Tucson, AZ with my two great kids. My daughter is a wonderful young lady who inspires me daily. She is currently in College trying to decide what she wants to do in life. Remember those days? My son is in elementary school and in 2008 he was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome. Honestly, I had never heard of that until my son started going through testing. Many think of it as high functioning Autism although there are some who disagree but we’ll leave that for one of my posts. He is an incredible kid and surprises me daily.

When my son was born in 2000, I couldn’t stand the thought of being away from him and prayed to find a job working from home. Amazingly, I did find something and my work from home journey began. I have worked for several companies since then and truly enjoy being able to be here for my kids. I feel it makes such a difference. At one point, I went back to school and got my degree, all online. I really enjoyed the challenge and since I could do it from home as well, I still had time for my family.

What I love to do most is take vacations. My kids and I love to travel. Disneyland may know us by name now. We are somewhat Disney aficionados. If only I could beat my daughter at Disney Scene it. Someday my turn will come. My son has made many strides recently so now we are looking forward to some bigger adventures, Hawaii, Australia, and he is really excited to go see Hershey Park.

Also, part of my life is my church and my friends. We love the church we go to and we are always excited for Sunday morning. The worship music is great, we love our Pastor and all of our friends there and the donuts aren’t bad either. Some of my favorite bible stories are David and Goliath from the Old Testament. I just love the underdogs. From the New Testament, I love the story of the birth of Jesus along with the Parables.

You can also find me playing games with my family either on the Wii, I do love Wii Bowling, or just board games and cards. I love movies and reading as well. I don’t cook gourmet meals although I love to watch the Food Network and dream of making some of their dishes.

You can pretty much find me any given day on my computer. I almost think of it as an appendage. What was life before the Internet? I seem to have a knack for finding just about anything. People often come to me with questions of how to or things they need tips with. I love being able to help provide information and truly enjoy being able to help those who want to work from home, whether in a home business or an actual job.

As for life, I take it one day at a time and know that I still have an exciting journey ahead of me. Feel free to get in touch with me anytime. I would love to help you in any way I can.
