Great Videos to Teach Social Skills

Great videos to teach kids social skills. My son loves the Model Me Kids series of videos. He even started to ask to watch them when he knew he was going to have one of his new friends over. This is is first year with real friends, he is in 4th grade now, and I attribute a lot of that to these videos and learning how to treat a friend.

Can Your ADHD child really have Asperger’s Syndrome?

Can your ADHD child really have Asperger's Syndrome? It's not uncommon for children to be misdiagnosed as ADHD instead of AS. There are a lot of characteristics that cross over. If your child lacks social skills or doesn't look you in the eye much or has other speech problems such as talking very qietly or very repetitive conversation, you may want to see about getting your child tested. Talk with your pediatrican or your school psychologist for more information.
